You will be very busy organising your wedding or engagement so I prefer to keep it simple by being your personal point of contact for the planning and booking of the entertainment whatever your budget.
Experience tells me that my first job is to ensure that you are confident you have booked a professional and reliable DJ. I also need to assure you that I will be attentive to your needs from playing cool background music during the wedding breakfast to announcing the first dance and then playing all your favourite party tunes until the last person leaves the dance floor. You are then free to enjoy your day looking after your guests and your evening having fun dancing the night away with family and friends.

You will have loads of priorities...
so let me take away the music and entertainment one. There are many factors that bring all the elements of a great mobile disco together, and I am happy to deal with these for you. However before we start there are a few stages we have to get through before you can check the entertainment box on your list. My five stage plan is not compulsory but past clients have found this to be of great help.- Availability - Use the enquiry form to make contact and to supply the all important date so that I can quickly establish availability or call me on 01932 223 666 Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm or if you prefer to call in the evenings please call the mobile 0793 990 4560.
- Booking a consultation - I am happy to meet with you at your house or chosen venue and chat about all your requirements, we can do this over the phone if that is easier. All the information about your day will be put onto the booking sheet which contains all relevant information about your celebration and the names of the key people involved. I will also discuss your choice of song for the 'first dance', any special requests and dedications for your guests and any other special requirements that you may have. I also indicate on the form what the deposit will be to secure the date. The booking form is then sent by email so you have time to think about choosing Funktion mobile DJ hire for you big day.
- Booking sheet and payment of deposit - You return the booking form with a cheque (or you can pay online) and I start the preparations for the day making sure your requested music is available, the best and most suitable equipment for the venue is checked and double checked and all other requests are taken care of and confirmed back to you.
- Confirmation telephone call - Two weeks before the big day I will phone you to confirm all arrangements including set up times and any last minute changes. You also pay the balance at this time either by cheque or online. You may have decided to take advantage of the monthly payment option we offer, please ask about this if you are interested.
- Your wedding day - With all preparations carried out as agreed a great day and night is assured and everyone leaves buzzing about the brilliant day they have shared with you.
