Disco lights and effects... WOW!

Sound, lighting and special effects equipment is included in our mobile discos. Professional sound equipment and the latest lighting effects are used with great effect to  create the wow! factor. The attending disc jockey will also be responsible for setting up the equipment, and Funktion observes the recommended safety precautions for mobile events. Great care is taken to ensure cables are tied or taped down and lighting is secured to the trussing with pro-quality fittings and additional safety cables. All electrical outlets used by the mobile rig are only accessible to adults and the sound level and lighting is appropriate for the age of your guests and the size of the venue. If you have any concerns or questions about the sound and lighting equipment used please just ask, you will always get straightforward professional advice from a professional mobile DJ.

Music is great, games are fun BUT prizes are the best.

The DJ will have prepared for the evening by creating a play list based on the consultation. Any other requests however are also likely to be played as they carry literally thousands of tracks and the DJ will be experienced in adjusting the show to tastes and requests and the general mood of the party on the night.

For an added dimension we offer upgrades to the agreed disco package with silly games such as our unique version of 'put the needle on the record' (like pin the tail on the donkey, but way cooler) or L.E.D limbo and for the teens we have Funky in the Middle (a just-for-fun dance-off), as well as Supermodel Runway for girls and Rock-it Star for boys. The platinum disco upgrade is our very own version of a pop quiz classic from the 80's called Pop-around; please call for more details about this option.
